As a mediator and mother of four including 13yo twins, I know how tough it can be as a parent but I also know how amazing it can be. Learning the joy of Parent Effectiveness Training changed my life. Now I want to pass these skills on to as many parents as possible.
My classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings during school terms.
