ETIA Fulfilment Agent (FA): Geraldine Crisp – [email protected]
1. Plan your course ahead of time so that you place your order at least three weeks prior to the start of the course to allow the FA time to process your order. Instructors who regularly schedule their courses (eg each school term) are able to establish a following, gain referrals from current classes and advertise early.
2. Email your order to Geraldine. Please include:
- your name and postal address
- the quantity of each item and the type eg P.E.T., B.Y.B., T.E.T., Y.E.T. or L.E.T.
- whether the course will be taught online or in-person, or how many participants for each if you are teaching an online and an in-person course. (GTI are collecting these statistics).
Geraldine will be processing orders on Mondays.
3. Postage:
- If the order is over 6 items then ETIA will cover this cost. If less than 6 items you will be invoiced for the postage.
- If you wish to have your order sent by express mail you will need to inform Geraldine and pay the difference between standard post and express.
- Earlier this year Australia Post was taking a longer time to deliver parcels than before e.g. it was taking 6-9 business days to deliver from Victoria to Queensland. Check Aus Post delivery times to be sure.
- If you have an online course, you will need to order even earlier to avoid stress and delays especially if you need to then post out to individual participants. The FA only posts to instructors.
4. Cost of materials:
- Workbook: P.E.T., B.Y.B., T.E.T., Y.E.T. = $33.00 each
- Textbook: P.E.T., B.Y.B. = $26.00 each; T.E.T. = $33.00
- L.E.T. Participant Pack = $110 (includes Workbook, Textbook, Wallet Card, Desk-top Reminder, Credo and Certificate of Completion).
5. Ordering in Advance:
If you have been used to ordering only when you know your numbers for a course, consider ordering well in advance and enough stock that you think will cover your course. You could hold off paying for what you order until your course starts provided it is before the end of the financial year. Once your course starts you can then decide whether you want to return the unused books to ETIA if you think you won’t be using them soon. Geraldine would be able to write out a new invoice if that is the case, so you only pay for what you use once the books are returned and provided of course they are in good condition. You would pay for the return postage.
As the FA role is largely a volunteer role, your help in the above is much appreciated.
