I have participated in Effectiveness Training courses 3 times now. Each time for a different reason. Be Your Best has not only given me communicative skills for my complex family relationships, it has helped me in dealing with conflict in the workplace and everyday life with any situation. I now constantly ask myself, “Who owns this problem?” Be Your Best (and Parent Effectiveness Training) has been so beneficial for my life and I highly recommend it to anyone.
